Lucas showed up a few hours after I spoke with him on the phone. From his expression on his face, I could tell he was very upset with himself for telling Ruby everything, I seriously hope it is tearing him up inside. I still could not fathom why he would do it. Sure, he said he was trying to end our feud but me being me I did not buy it.

“Hello Lucas. So, you say you have some information on Ruby, once you give it to me are you going to go run off and tell her what we plan to do with it?” I said sarcastically. I could see the pain in his eyes when he heard my words, but truth be told I could not give two shits about his feelings. He crossed me and I do not tolerate that type of deception.
