The week-end dinner

Wicked mother-in-laws were only true in movies, that's what I used to believe till I met mine. She is at the dinner we organized for the birth of her grand stepdaughter. My parents came in at the right time.

My mom gave me a hug before she came, my dad came in and he was looking around before he joined everyone on the dining table he sat in between my mom and Mr King.

They shook each other.

“Good evening, Creed. You look handsome and sharp as ever.” My mom commended him.

“Thank you ma’am. Your beautiful daughter helped me to pick out this nice suit.” Creed gave me my credits. Here he goes sweet talking to my mom again.
