From where I sat, I stared at the moon, many things going through my mind. The moon goddess had given me such a power that made me the most feared person in the entire world, but somehow, it still felt as though I was scared.

The quad were scared of me too. I saw it in their eyes. It wasn’t out of place for them to be scared. I had come back with a fierce desire for revenge and that was enough to make them shocked to their bones.

I made it clear that their father must pay for what he did to my mother and even if they didn’t really fight it, I saw the reluctance in their eyes.

“They are our mates. They would take our side”, my wolf whispered in my head and I sighed deeply.

Truly, I didn’t know about that. Inasmuch as they expressed happiness to have me back at the pack, I knew they were bothered that my presence would bring doom and chaos in the pack.
