TWO SNAKES

Ethan’s Pov

None of us felt good. For the first time in a long time, the quad felt sick and extremely bothered. Our health was okay, but the worry that clouded our heart was enough to let us know that we didn’t feel good.

“Are you trying to say that you kissed Kayla and someone saw the both of you?” Jake asked for the hundredth time after I divulged the news to them.

Jason sat up at that point and glared at me. He was still in his moody and grumpy mood but I could tell that whatever it was that happened with me was the most important to all of us.

“How could you be that careless? This is an academy for crying out loud!” Jason screamed out of his lungs, almost startling us with his outburst.

I took in deep breath and lowered my eyes to the ground. I was out of what to think or say. My head was so clouded that it almost felt as if it would burst.

“The book at the library…now someone seeing me with her”, I said.

“And then someone using his power on me”, Jason added, with a small frow
