Chapter 33: LA Life

Anna felt well-rested the next morning. She was still excited about being in LA with Ethan, but the lifestyle in his circles was too intense for her small-town tastes.

Today, Ethan planned to take Anna to see more of the sights, so they both dressed casually. There was another formal event held that evening, this time a benefit for literacy. Ethan's company was a major sponsor, so Ethan's parents would also attend.

This would be the first time Anna would be meeting Ethan's parents, and it was going to happen at a formal event. Anna was grateful that she could dress up for the occasion, since otherwise she wouldn't have a clue what to wear if invited to the Greenfields' private home. However, she also felt that meeting the parents was a big step in any relationship, so she was a bit nervous about it happening at a formal event in front of a bunch of strangers.

For now, she turned her thoughts to the afternoon itinerary, which had Ethan and Anna visiting some of the local LA attractions.
