Chapter 50: Contentment

The music was playing as Anna and her father started walking out of the room. She knew that Kelly and Rick, arm-in-arm as maid of honor and best man, had already walked almost all the way to the front of the church, and that her cousin's little children, the flower girl and ring bearer, were headed down the aisle now, the little girl dropping rose petals from her basket as she walked slowly forward.
