CHAPTER 52

After his father had left him in the dining room, Felix had stood still for more than ten minutes, thinking if he had made the best decisions that were required of him. When he had been thinking about stepping down from the competition, he hadn't thought much about the consequences of his actions. Truly, he had thought about how his actions would bring forth disadvantages to him and he had thought that he would be okay about everything. But when his father had been lecturing him again, Felix had taught about the words the older man had spoken and nearly groaned after his father had gone.

After he thought about it and even thought about it again, he shrugged and turned away from the dining room. When one of the servants had asked him what he wanted for breakfast and where he would like to be served, Felix had told the maid not to worry about him. All he wanted right now wasn't for but how to be alone with his thoughts at a place he knew that no one would be able to disturb him one bit
