Chapter 73- Stupor

Mr. Slade walked through the restaurant. He didn't bother to answer anyone that greeted him as he passed by. He went into the kitchen and made his way to a hidden office.

This was the office of the Letties. The restaurant was just a front. They were a bad group of lady criminals and Mr. Slade answered to them. They were his bosses.

"I see you are now dining with the Mayor. You have soared beyond my expectations" a female voice said from behind him.

Mr Slade was stunned. He turned quickly to meet Annie, one of the Letties.
