The guy smiled as he saw Mayor Mount in front of him. He seemed very happy. Mayor Mount was confused. He had no reason to be happy. It wasn't like he came here to release him.
Mayor Mount turned swiftly to see if Reyes was seeing what he was seeing. Reyes shook his head and smiled too.
