Chapter 90- Out of Bounds

Grace came into the house. Something was wrong. The door was opened ajar. It seemed Raymond left for somewhere in a hurry. And that was not very Raymond-like. She checked all over the house to detect any suspicious happenings. She couldn't find any.

Raymond had gone out. There seemed to be no problem. But her mind was not at ease. The feeling of something was wrong loomed badly on her mind. She called his phone.

The phone rang behind her,on the sofa. She became more confused. That confirmed her impression of something being wrong.

She rushed outside and looked around. She found something like graffiti on the wall. It read 'Palmer'.

"No, no" she screamed aloud. She closed her eyes and opened it again. The writing on the wall was still there. It was real. Palmer had taken Raymond away. He had done that to poke her. He must have wanted her to come.
