Just like that, I became a princess after escaping the cruel death my mate had planned for me. As I watched my new family, a tinge of sorrow pierce through my heart. It reminded me of the parents and brother I had known for a long time.

A flash of sorrow passed through my very being. I was already missing my brother and my parents. I wonder what they would do when they realize I was gone.
