We all heard that loud explosion from a distance. It could only mean one thing: they were close. I was scared to my bones. Tiny beads of sweat formed on my forehead.

"They are here, Richard, they are here," I panicked.

"What are we going to do now?" my mother asked. She was as scared as I was. But the other three, I couldn't really tell. If they were scared, they were doing a pretty good job of hiding it.

Turning to James, Richard ordered, "Let's go to the penthouse and see how far away they are from here."
