Chapter 37

Valerie couldn't hide her excitement. She wondered if her little wish changed him or if he just decided to become an angel overnight. She couldn't wait to tell Tyler. She felt she was calling her too much and she was slacking off at her work but she shrugged it off since she had a manager already. When she was done with her coffee, she went out and flagged down a cab. She suddenly remembered that they should have taken a picture together but there's always the next time, she thought.

When she arrived at Star Lounge, she saw that there was a commotion going on, she quickly dashed in because a lot of people had gathered there and some were filming it, in fact.

When she got inside, she saw Tyler soaked in alcohol and James running his mouth endlessly. Tyler was crying and James was yelling at her on top of his voice.

James was Tyler's celebrity ex-boyfriend who is an actor who used to beat her up, Valerie was filled with ra
