Chapter 19

Ava went home feeling even more confused than she had been before the conversation with her aunt Caroline.

She had actually gone to have a conversation with her thinking that she would concur to all the intrusive thoughts that she was having but instead she had filled her head with even more thoughts that she did not know what to do with. It was as though she was losing her mind each passing minute.

She got home and was met with a warm hug from Jane, who was playing in the garden.

“Mommy!” she screamed excitedly in a high-pitched voice as she tried to wrap her little arms around Ava’s knees.

“Hey my sunshine” Ava smiled as she reached down and took her into her arms to give her a proper hug. Just then the door busted open and Jayden ran over to them.

“Welcome Mommy!” he said continuously while tugging at the hem of her dress. A smile creped onto Ava’s lips because she was happy to see her babies too after a long day and she needed to also use the opportunity she would spend with them
