How did Raphael know Keith?

I get that he was able to get Sarah a spot in the company with ease but I never expected him to be so familiar with Keith that he would barge in like that looking so angry despite the kind of reputation Keith was rumoured to have.

I washed my hands and then looked in the mirror as I stood in the ladies' washroom. Something is going on. Something big that I have yet to find out.

Keith and Raphael? Those two seem to be the least likely people to know each other personally.
