Chapter 11 – Helping Emmett

As soon as Emmett left the house; Simone felt relieved. She overheard a bit of what he was arguing on the phone. It had something to do with attaining an interview with Leona Simmons. Without giving it a second thought; she quickly left Emmett’s room and rushed to hers.

Pulling out Leona’s mobile from her top draw; Simone messaged her manager Angela to set up the interview. However, she would only do either as a phone interview or answer their questions via email. She also stipulated Emmett was the only one allowed to conduct the interview. ‘This should help him’ she thought to herself.

The other stipulation was the interview needed to be done today. ‘If he is not home; I won’t have to explain about Leona’s mobile and someone calling me on it’ she thought.

Sensing another problem if Emmett was going to conduct a phone interview, she quickly messaged Tiffany to come over to her house and promptly gave her the address. Once done, she placed the mobile on charge, noticing it was down to
