[Thane's POV]

I needed some peace for my tortured mind. I left Elinor in the penthouse alone once again. I suppose there was nothing wrong in my actions for her. However, for some reason, she seemed so tormented by the protection I had given her all this time.

Right now, I was standing on the rooftop. Around me were several bodyguards guarding me. They are minimizing emergencies in case something attacks us from a distance. They won't care what I do. This was all because of my position as the group leader.
