Encourage me

As tears threatened to spill down my cheeks, I brought my knees up to my chest and rested my forehead against them, hugging them tightly as I tried to stop myself from crying any longer.

But when those images became too much to bare, I felt as though I would burst into tears at any given minute. There was nothing I could do. Nothing. I needed answers.

Sighing deeply, I ran both of my hands through my hair roughly. I was unable to get rid of those nightmares. I didn't even know if they were dreams anymore.

They had become reality. Realistically speaking, I probably couldn't sleep without them anymore. At least I wasn't scared anymore.

With that thought in mind, I began to get out of bed. After a few moments of getting ready, I exited my room and headed back into the living room.

Just as I reached the doorway, I stopped short when I spotted Daniel. He must have sensed my presence because he turned his head to face me.
