Chapter 11

I think everything is settled with me leaving the house for office not even meeting them both literally as she stayed away. Then at night I would return early so that she can go for work.

She doesn’t say anything and I too just greet her but make sure she takes the car to go. However, there is something which she doesn’t know.

After that she doesn’t know what actually happens, as Lakshmi immediately wakes up the moment she leaves and walks to the couch where I will be sitting.

Each day we will be doing something or the other as she wishes even though she doesn’t say anything but we still spend time before she goes back to sleep.

I either stay back in her room or go to my room. I sleep for some time, but make sure to be awake when she returns, but don’t go down to meet her knowing well she will not like it.

And like that nearly two weeks passed. I took the leave and sat in the dining area waiting for both of them.

“You are still here?” Jhanvi asked in a shocked tone.
