CH 44: Forbidden Sex

Margaret’s POV

A few hours later, we arrived at the villa in the middle of the tea plantation. I bought this villa secretly without James or my two children knowing. If people ask why I buy an expensive villa secretly? The reason is that I need to have an investment for myself even though they listed my name in my father-in-law’s will, which is held by James, but James can remove my name whenever he wants.

I love James, but I don’t fully trust him, especially after the incident where he framed Jack and made him the scapegoat. Even now, I don’t believe that the cause of Jack’s death was suicide by throwing himself and his car into the sea.

I’m not sure if Jack killed himself. As far as I know, he didn’t have a good reason to do so. His relationship with my father-in-law was good. And I always supported him in anything. Besides, as long as I lived with him, nothing strange happened to him.
