"Have you taken your medicine? Are you still feeling nauseous or vomiting like yesterday?"

A few days later, Veronica visited Deasy again. She looked worried, considering that Deasy had previously experienced severe nausea and vomiting, which had left her pale and weak.

Veronica wanted to take her to the hospital, but Deasy kept refusing, claiming she was fine.
