MELISSA’S POV

Alicia was just an expert in being a pain in the neck. She had made me angry and there was no use for the cola, anymore. I decided to throw it in the dumpster, but just before I could throw it, I saw Edward, walking towards this place.

“Great.” I said, under my breath.

I didn’t want him to notice that I was annoyed, because he was going to guess that I was, if I threw the cola away.

“Hey, Melissa. How are you doing?” He asked as he ordered his drink.

“I’m good.” I said as I opened the can and then gulped my drink.

Unfortunately, I choked on it and coughed really hard.

“Hey, are you okay?” Edward asked as he moved closer to me and collected my drink.

I coughed again as it was itching my throat and then I exhaled.

“I’m fine. Sorry I startled you.”

“No, it’s fine.” He said, looking at me, with concern.

“So, who got you angry?”

“No one. I didn’t say I was.” I said, trying to take the suspicion off me.
