I had a nice day with Edward and to be honest, I never thought that he was capable of making me laugh to that extent. At least, my time with him made me forget the way I lashed out on Stefan. Although, I felt bad afterwards, but it was better that way, so he would finally know his place and wouldn’t keep misunderstanding me.

Also, I didn’t want that special treatment from him anymore. It would only make petty people like Alicia to keep ruining my day. I applied for a job at Stefan’s Design Company, only because I wanted to upgrade my life and also work peacefully, but because of Stefan, I got an enemy in less than a week.

I rolled on my bed and put off the lamp light and closed my eyes, waiting for mother sleep to steal me away.
