“What is that sound?” Ava asked as she looked directly into the eyes of alpha Damon. They just heard a loud explosion in their house that woke them up from the bed. She stood up from the bed and rushed over to the cradle's bed where baby Oswald was lying. Her heart raced faster as she got to her child, heaving a sigh of relief as she met her son still sleeping soundly.

“I don't know what is going on. I think we are under attack.” Alpha, Damon said in a low tone as he walked to the window, looking outside to see what was going on. Ava patted her child slowly as he continued to sleep. Her hand trembled as she was still not relaxed. “Who would want to attack at this time?” She asked as she tilted her head to look at alpha Damon, who began to walk towards them.
