Alpha Damon woke up abruptly to the loud sound of an explosion and the first thing that his eyes caught was his wife, Ava, who was also up and tilting her head around the room. His heart raced faster as he stood immediately from the bed.

“What is that sound?” Ava asked as she looked directly into the eyes of alpha Damon. They just heard a loud explosion in their house that woke them up from the bed. She stood up from the bed and rushed over to the cradle's bed where baby Mira was lying. Alpha Damon watched her walk to the cradle as he could not utter a single word. “What could be going on?” He asked himself as he walked slowly to where their baby girl was lying.

“I don't know what is going on. I think we are under attack.” Alpha, Damon said in a low tone as he walked to the window, looking outside to see what was going on. “Jude!” He muttered as he slowly tilted his head away from the window. The pack was rowdy as everyone fled for their lives.
