Chapter 33_ Embarrassed

Cia instantly locked the door and returned back inside the bedroom. She met Vanessa coming out of the drawer. Thank goodness they managed to think about putting some clothes on her if not Manuel would've found out about her.

Vanessa looked worried, she heard what Manuel said about her grandmother. It wasn't advice but a threat. That he might stop the treatment and she might die.

Cia needed an explanation but she didn't want to bother Vanessa who already had a lot of things to worry about.

"You heard what he said about Nanay, how do you go about it? Will you go and see him?" Cia was curious about her decision.

"No, I'm not going back there." She declared. "I'm going to the hospital to see grandma." Vanessa walked towards the bed and she grabbed her handbag. Vanessa returned with a card, she managed to secure it from his mansion.

It contained the address of the hospital her grandma is in. If only she was allowed to get her grandmother out of there then she would.
