A SENTINEL'S STORY

The first night watch turned out to be more revealing than any of them had expected it to be. It was a silent walk all the way down the woods and the six of them walked carefully, making sure to watch each other’s backs. Jimin had already given them a short debriefing on how Lycans attacked and in his speech, he had made sure to inform them that the average Lycan was three times as smart as the average werewolf. None of them liked the fact that he was comparing them with Lycans and so they frowned as he told them. Jimin smiled inwardly, knowing that his little story would work on them exactly the same way it has worked on him some seven years ago when he was going out for his first Sentinel duty.
