Leila tapped her feet hurriedly on the floor, her anxiety was beginning to grow worse by the day. It's been two weeks since Carl told her all about her intended plans against Kira. Not to forget his promise to release every of her nude pictures that he had taken.

Some days ago in her annoyance and the need to be certain she isn't being fooled by him. Leila had confronted Carl to let her catch a glimpse of them. He had been adamant at first, but she wasn't one to give up either. Her eyes had almost fallen out of the sockets when she saw her naked self.

Leila felt betrayed and angered, not just against Carl. But her mother, for bringing in someone who would add to her problems. Jesse watched her from the stairs, his hands held the rail tightly.
