A Friendly Mr Smith

I watched as he slowed down until he stopped right in front of me. I did not allow him to speak first, I acted quickly should there be any problem. "What now?" I asked.

For the first time in a long time, he smiled. "Relax young lady I don't mean to harm you even though, I have caught you red-handed feeding my loaves of bread to this stupid dog." As if the dog had heard what he said about the Canid, it barked at him. "Oh, wo-wo-wo! That's too fat doggie! How the hell on earth did this dog hear what I have said?"

"At you asking Mr Smith? Well, what can I say? Who will I ask if you ask me, huh? Is this why you suddenly came back to me? I thought you were in a hurry Mr Smith. You ought to be at your destination by now so, if you don't mind, I will leave. I'm not ready to take your insults. I'm not ready for your troubles as well. Enough of the ones you have caused me," I began to walk out on him.
