Ella's POV

The fight was rough. I winced as I got a blow to my mouth and my lips split open but I didn't let go of the bastard I was fighting with. I wouldn't ever do that.

I didn't look at my pack mates to wonder how they were doing. I had enough to deal with on my own and I was certain that they weren't having it easy as well.

Thankfully, the toxin was wearing off from our system and we were able to fight back and hit harder than we had been for the past twenty minutes.

As the rogues had said, the wind had been on our side and we hadn't inhaled much of the silver. It would have been disastrous if we had.

"Don't let them win." I heard the voice of the rogue group leader, his voice weary and panicky as he yelled commands at his men.

He must have sensed that the silver was wearing off and we were getting stronger. I didn't know who the bastard was fighting with but I hoped that he was getting the beating of his life that he deserved.
