LUTHER'S POV For some seconds, I stared at Liza with an incredulous expression as she fumed in anger and Jaya was still on the ground and groaning in pain. "Liza, why did you hit Jaya?" LUTHER'S POV I let go of Jaya who was in my arms as I saw Liza's blood spattered on the sand. I was filled with horror and anxiety. All of a sudden, my knees felt weak and I sat on the ground staring at Liza's blood. Fear gripped my heart and I prayed she shouldn't die. Although Liza provoked me and Jaya, I knew it was my fault. If I had apologized to her when she demanded an apology, perhaps, her anger would have abated and I would have just found a way to get Jaya's contact and left with Liza and go back to join my friends. I will then later reach out to Jaya without Liza knowing. On second thoughts, when Liza was insulting me and Jaya and she broke from my arms and rushed at Liza, I should have held her back and shouldn't have stood watching Jaya beat Liza. Whichever way, I took all the blame for letting the matter escalate which has ended in tragedy. Now the deed has been done and there is nothing I can do than to hope and pray that Liza doesn't die or has brain damage.

LUTHER'S POV For some seconds, I stared at Jaya who was looking at me with a deadpan face. "Jaya, did you just say that you are a witch?" I asked with shock. LUTHER'S POV After Jaya has left my room, I could still perceive the scent of her perfume. She loves wearing good perfumes and since I chose her as my mate, I buy her perfumes from time to time and she was always elated.
