Luther's Luna And His Mother In A Heated Argument

LUTHER'S POV

I was panic-stricken and confused as I gazed at Jaya lying on the floor.

Oh, gosh! I shouldn't have told her. Anyway, of what use is hiding the truth from her when she is bound to know sooner or later? The earlier she knows that Whitney has a six-year-old son with me, the better.

"Luther, don't just stand there doing nothing. Do something to revive her," Mom said in a panic-stricken voice.

I jolted from my thoughts, squatted beside Jaya, and stared at her face. Her eyes were closed and she looked lifeless. I cradled her face and called her name but she didn't respond.

I raised my head and saw the bowl of water I used in reviving my mother when she fainted. The bowl was just a few feet away from me.

I reached out and picked up the bowl. I scooped some water from the bowl and sprinkled it on Jaya's face. She spasmed for some seconds before she opened her eyes.

"Thank goodness, she has regained consciousness," Mom said as she rose to her feet and stood beside
