WHITNEY'S POV I was in my room with my three kids. We were seated on the floor as they were playing with their toys scattered all over the floor. Alpha Vicker left for work a few minutes after seven. I glanced at the time. It was 10:30 am. I recall when I was lying on the bed and reading a novel when my three kids came to my room with their boxes of toys. I thought they would sit on the floor and be playing with their toys as they usually do, however, to my surprise, Jason and Shawn came to meet me and begged me to sit on the floor and play with them. Initially, I refused and they started crying. I promised to buy them ice cream and chocolates if they stop crying and go and play with their toys but they told me they don't want any of that and insisted that I must play with them. When I realized that they were serious, I decided to sit on the floor and play with them. My mind drifted to a couple of days ago when six of Alpha Vicker's warriors came to the house to guard it.

WHITNEY'S POV I was not afraid as I went down the stairs to meet Luther and the two warriors were following closely behind me, however, I was filled with anxiety. I was bewildered because this was the second time Whitney would be threatening to kill me if I attempt to take Jason since we started talking. I recall when my mom and sister came to tell me that they dreamt that Whitney killed me. I also recall when Jaya told me that she had dreamt of me being killed by Whitney several times. Whitney and Alpha Vicker were sitting down on the three-seater sofa in the living room and two of his warriors were standing beside the sofa. It is notable to mention that soon after Alpha Vicker and Whitney's conversation concerning not bringing more warriors to the house, he wasn't comfortable with the six guards in his house, so, he called his next-in-command in the pack who is a Beta. Luther's eyes swept over Alpha Vicker's warriors and his security guards who were lying on the floor bleeding profusely and groaning in pain. He smiled with satisfaction and told Trey, one of the warriors with him to get the key to the gate from the security guards and open the gate to let the other warriors outside the gate come inside. He then turned to look at Rico. "Rico, you and Ben (the other warrior following him) should come with me," Luther said as he walked stealthily to the entrance door, and Rico and Ben followed him.
