She pulls back smiling after a little while

“Now scoot off out of here, caden and baylee helped evelyn cook dinner to cheer you up, i'll sign your name and nobody will be any wiser”

“Yeah they even made poor ryan and cara take part, it was rather comical, evelyn nearly kicked them all out”

I giggle at the thought, it can't be any worse than my cooking and for 10 years i had to make my own food and eat it so i'm sure i could manage to pretend to like whatever the hell it was that they made

I knock on drakes door as i pass, opening to see his head buried in papers
