147. Extra Short Story – Holiday Special

Ronan’s POV

“Good morning, Mrs. Pierce, I see you’re finally awake,” I kissed my wife as she crooned closer to me.

“I am, but my body aches so bad Daddy, I feel like I am going to die,” she said as I palm her big belly. She is near her due date and our third pregnancy has made her quite grumpy.

My wife was always a badass, but this child of ours has driven her crazy, and she also is in a lot more pain than the two pregnancies before this one.

“Heh, don’t worry, that’s just you being you,” I said as I glided my hand across her big bump, massaging it a little so that it could help her relax.

“What do you mean by that?” she asked me, in an annoyed tone. I love how moody she gets. She wasn’t this bad when she was pregnant with Ricardo, but with this new child she is on a whole new level.

“I mean your dramatics are bit too much for a Sunday morning don’t you think?” I joked and then kissed away the next words that were supposed to come out of her mouth.
