Rosa POV.

“Rosa, what are you doing here?” She looks like shit, no doubt worrying about her pups.

“I’m here to help.” I say, and she looks at me. Her bottom lip quivers. She walks down the steps and pulls me into a hug as she sobs on my shoulder. It breaks my heart and I hug her back.

“It’s ok, I will get through to them. I will try my best. Selene and Lycaon told me what has happened. I will try to get them back.” I tell her as she trembles with the sobs. This woman was once my mom. I hate how we turned out to be.

“I’m sorry Rosa. I know this is on me. It all is, I can’t lose them. I already lost you. I can’t lose them.” She breaks down completely and I break with her. Gaia was always so strong, but I suppose when it comes to your pups there is only so much strength you can show before everything comes crashing down.
