I follow behind my mom and Asteria as we move towards the front of the packhouse. Mom is raging because of the deceit coming from her own blood. But it is no secret how Selene likes to interfere with the lives of her family.

It is quite funny at times. I know my mom never wanted to dictate in my life, afraid she would be like Selene and be a hypocrite for it, but sometimes I wished she did. You know, like to step in when I needed her.
