"Where's she?" Maureen asked out loud.
"Doing whore shii." Maeve laughed.
"Maeve..." Storm raised a brow.
"Sorry boss." She apologized immediately.

"Simmer down, evil stepmother." She fired back, winning the unspoken, unofficial wit battle.
They'd all just arrived from the previous house with their stuff and despite the fact that Tequila was welcome at Storm's place, she still thought it wise to pick a room in the employee building.
She was setting down her things and took a bit too long, thereby delaying the rest of the employees at the meeting held downstairs.
