Eleanor instantly paled.

Amara flinched, but nevertheless, her glare was still on Eleanor. She was shaking, anger radiating off her in waves. Her golden eyes shining in fury and something else entirely. Lady Vita’s eyes narrowed from behind Amara. Eleanor could already hear her teeth grinding together. Clicking her tongue, she grabs onto Amara’s ear and starts pulling her out of the kitchen.

And Amara didn’t even fight it.

“Why were you shouting so loudly?”

Eleanor piped in, “Lady Vita, it was a misunderstanding.”
