Chapter 50: Expressing Feelings

Bernie's POV

Dylan and I went downstairs together to meet John. Although he felt a bit uneasy, he obediently sat next to me. Witnessing that scene, I couldn't help but feel heartbroken. I tightly grasped Dylan's hand, glanced at John, and asked, "Do you have a way to make him remember everything from the past?"

John pondered for a moment and then turned the question back to us, "So, it all began seven years ago when Dylan had a car accident, and then Olivia decided to use hypnosis to eliminate his painful memories. Am I correct?"

Olivia stood beside us, sighing as she placed a glass of water on the table. "It was my own decision. Back then, Dylan was in immense pain, and Andy and I couldn't bear to see him suffer like that."

"Mom..." he whispered, his voice pleading, and he blinked back tears. "I don't blame you, Mom."

I embraced him tightly, gently patting Dylan's back to offer comfort. His body immediately tensed up, and I sighed, realizing that Dylan wasn't accustomed to my embrace
