25. "Stealing"

Etizia’s POV

The dance came to an end, and despite all the mistakes I made, I surprisingly felt better than I had anticipated.

Nox and I walked in silence, leaving the dance floor behind. Even though there was no conversation, there was a comforting aura surrounding us.

However, that cozy atmosphere suddenly shifted. Nox abruptly stopped walking, causing me to halt as well. As I glanced at his face, I noticed a deep frown etched on his forehead.

It was clear that something had displeased him. Intrigued by his reaction, I followed his gaze to see what had caught his attention.

And there they were, Timothy and his wife, Alpha Solenn. My eyes were immediately drawn to the stunning blue dress she was wearing. It was unmistakably one of the dresses that Nox had gifted to me!

Why is she wearing that?

“Ha,” Nox made a small laugh.

I saw him smiling at me, wearing a slightly puzzled expression on his face. He looked at me, the meaning behind his red eyes were clear.
