CHAPTER 58

AVA:

I woke up to the sound of birds chirping and some singing sweet melodies to my ear. Everything around me screamed beautiful nature.

I didn't bother jerking up. All I wanted to do was live in the moment and take in the beautiful pieces nature was trying to put together.

I shut my eyes and inhaled deeply. This could be nothing but a dream because my life hasn't been so peaceful for years now.

"Oh, you're awake." I heard that one voice I was dying to hear. It was him, Leo. I could recognize that voice even from the land of the dead. I knew his voice by heart.

"Where am I?" I questioned, gently sitting up. When Leo observed that I was sitting, he held my hands in a form of aid.

"Where we are right now isn't important. All you have to know is that we are away from our respective packs." I smiled at his words.

Those two packs were filled with core struggles and Leo just gave me what I needed - a breath of fresh air.

"But you were in the pack clinic. How do you feel? What happened to yo
