CHAPTER 107

I walk inside the hall. The moment I make my way to the front, I hear the chatter slowly die down. I drop my tab and laptop on the desk in front and sigh, my eyes soaking in every student in the hall till it lands on my Hazel.

A comforting smile forms on my face. “Hello students.” I say. My gaze is still fixed on her. It is hard pretending not to know her. On a normal day, I wouldn’t give a shit what others think but she wants it this way and I won’t put her under pressure. I clear my throat.

The moment my voice echoes in the hall, silence trails after immediately. I don’t know if it’s my charms or I have the effect of making people shut the fuck up but this is nice.

“A lot of you may be wondering what the coming test may be like.” I lean backwards and rest my ass on the tip of the desk holding my tab. I cross my arms over my chest, taking time to examine everyone in the hall. “Two words. Fear it.” I say.
