Chapter 59

Amelia’s Pov

While working, I looked around to see if there were any eyes on me and on seeing that I was free from both Alexander and One, I made my way up to Noah, pulling him to the side.

“What's the matter?” Noah questioned in a manner of urgency.

I looked around one more time, ensuring that we were out of ear shot, or else the next words that came out of my mouth would cost us our lives.

“We need to hasten our plan to leave the mansion” I say all tensed up and in a whisper.

I was desperate to leave because the fact that I could be pregnant weighed heavily upon me and If I needed this child to survive, I needed to leave this mansion as fast as I could. I was yet to figure out if I was pregnant, but I had to make plans beforehand.

Noah's eyes widened with surprise. I could tell he hadn't expected me to be this antsy about escaping this mansion.

"Did Alexander do anything to hurt you? Did he touch you? Tell me”, he asked immediately.

I shook my head, denying all allegations.
