Mary stared with her mouth agape as the cop put the handcuffs on him.

Adonis looked back at her with a blank expression on his face as the cops led him away.

Mary stood there in unbelieve as Adonis was led away by the cops, it almost looked like a dream to her.

She stood at the same spot for over thirty minutes before she moved away from there, her heart completely blank and heavy. Soon enough she felt tears gushing out from her eyes. They had been all cozy last night and had made out in his study, and now he was being arrested. What was going to happen to him now? Would he be sent to prison?

Mary slowly went back to the kitchen, and sprawled out on the kitchen floor crying. She was surprised to see herself crying for him, was she not supposed to be happy? After all he had tried to hurt her before and she was now safe from him. At least he was going to pay for murdering his parents gruesomely, this is good.
