Oliver's POV

“Olly, your mama is giving us both death glares,” Marlo linked me. “I know. She is pissed about Daisy,” I replied. “Why? That she-wolf is bat shit crazy,” Marlo scoffed. “Daisy surely set her off,” I answered. “I’m glad Karly didn’t act like that,” Marlo laughed. “It’s because she dropped you, fool,” I laughed just as Daisy and Karly walked up.

I mentally shook my head. To say Daisy was nearly nineteen she was really immature.

“Marlo, Olly,” Karly spoke. “We were wondering if you two wanted to join us for a swim later,” Daisy interjected. “We simply cannot,” I hurriedly said. “Why not?” She asked with an attitude. “Because you keep passing off my mama. I won’t be in the company of any she-wolf that lacks respect for her for no reason at all,” I snapped. “Besides, he doesn’t want to give you false hope,” Marlo interrupted earning a snack from Karly who showed signs of a smirk.
