I never wanted my birthday to be celebrated. If anyone wishes me a happy birthday, I will accept it. But I will refuse if they plan to celebrate my birthday.

I can't protest or ask them to get out of my room. Nora, Lucy, and Wesley, Lucy's mate, have made a meal for me. They had already spent time thinking about my birthday plans and making food.

I get it now; Levi is so happy when I'm outside. Lucy and Levi must have been in cahoots.

I stared at the grilled beef and fried goat. They are my favorite food. My stomach grumbled, and the worms inside couldn't wait to taste the two meats.

I took a knife. When Lucy asks if I noticed Nora was wearing makeup, my head turns. I focused my attention on Nora. She was wearing the dress she had purchased when I accompanied her to the mall.

Beautiful. She's so beautiful. The dress made her shine even more.

I comment that the dress fits Nora perfectly. I'm telling the truth. She deserves to wear anything, including that dress.
