Mallory thought about how nervous and angry Angeline had been when the photo had been posted on Twitter. It made Mallory wonder if there was any hidden story.

She decided that she had to investigate the matter.

Mallory knew that Miles didn't want to offend Angeline and that he didn't want her to do so either.

She felt that she had been at fault for not having a good attitude previously. If she found out about something, she could have a good discussion with Angeline. Even if she had to give in and beg someone, she would do it as long as it could help her family get through their current difficulties. She would do anything.

Unfortunately, Mallory didn't find anything after spending a large sum of money on the investigation.
