49. Trip

I woke up with my arms around an unfamiliar object. I squinted my eyes only to see that I was lying in bed with a stuffed animal that was almost my size.

Frowning, I looked around and realized that I wasn’t at home. I was at Saint’s place. How the hell did I end up here? He was in China, wasn’t he? However, I didn’t know the passcode to his place so I couldn’t get in myself. That meant one thing.

“You’re awake.” I heard him speak as he came into the bedroom.

I sat up slowly, ignoring the throbbing in my head. I hated drinking because of the consequences but I couldn’t help myself this time. I couldn’t stop thinking about Saint and I wanted to stop. “What am I doing here?”

He arched an eyebrow at me as though I was asking an obvious question.

“How did I end up here?” I rephrased. “And since when did you have stuffed animals in your house?”

“Since last night.” He walked further into the room. “You requested for one. I had no choice but to buy it. Do you not remember?”
