Frazier pulled Vera aside while everything else was happening around them. “I think we’ve got a lead.”

Vera’s eyes widened. “Now?”

He nodded. “It’s the best time. Both her children are busy with their trip to Ameran. This is the opening we needed, and with my sources confirming that they may have found her, we need to go now.”

“Aren’t there any dangers? We don’t even know who has her,” she reminded.

“We don’t but we won’t be going alone. It’s up to you if we go or not,” he stated.

“I mean, let me check in with her first and make sure she’s on board with the plan,” she suggested.

Zen barely caught them leaving the room together, and while he was curious about what it is they were up to, he couldn’t follow them. He was even more suspicious when he found that he couldn’t link either one of them.
